Ingredients1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 16-ounce jar marinara sauce
8 ounces pepperoni
1 12-ounce can ready-made biscuits
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large skillet on medium-high heat, brown and crumble the ground beef.
Drain the fat. Stir in marinara sauce, tomato paste and pepperoni.
Cut biscuit dough into ½-inch pieces. Line a casserole dish with the dough pieces.
Pour the marinara mixture evenly into the casserole dish, over the biscuit dough.
Bake for 30 minutes uncovered, or until dough is cooked through. Top with mozzarella cheese, and continue to bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese turns golden brown.
