Ingredients1 smoked ham, about 4 pounds, skin removed
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup apple juice
Directions1. Make diagonal cuts in ham about 1/4 inch apart.
2. Place in a 6-quart slow cooker.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, honey, mustard and apple juice.
4. Pour over ham
Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 7 hours or on high for about 3 hours, until the meat is tender.
If possible, baste the ham with the liquid on the bottom of the slow cooker every couple of hours.
