Slow Cooker Christmas Pork Roast
Ingredients:1 (5 pound) pork loin roast
2 sliced onions
2 tablespoons garlic and herb seasoning mix (we used McCormick brand)
2 cups chicken broth
Salt to taste
Directions:1. Brown roast.
2. Place sliced onions in greased slow cooker. Place seared roast on top. Pour broth around roast.
3. Cover and cook on low heat for 9-10 hours (or high for 6-7), or until the pork is tender and cooked through.
