Ingredients
2 racks of baby back ribs
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite kind)
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Directions
Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs. It can be tough and chewy if left on.
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs. Make sure to really massage it into the meat.
