Slow Cooker Kielbasa with Sauerkraut and PotatoesServings: 4-6 servings
Ingredients1 pound kielbasa, sliced into 1-inch pieces
1 jar (32 ounces) sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 cup chicken broth

Directions1. Place the potatoes and onion slices at the bottom of the slow cooker.
