Ingredients
6 cups of day-old bread, cubed
4 large eggs
2 cups of milk
1 cup of heavy cream
3/4 cup of granulated sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of raisins (optional)

Directions
