Low carb pepperoni parmesan crisps

Cheese, any kind of cheese, is one of the best things about life isn't it? And when it's Parmesan cheese, it gets even better. Melt that Parmesan down until its edges are crispy and, you're pretty close to a thing of perfection. That's just we do in the recipe below, but taking it one step further, we also top it with a slice of pepperoni. And yes, it's as good as it sounds!
These snacks, or easy appetizers for a party, don't take very long to pull together either. You can be munching on them in about ten minutes (and that's if you really take your time), and they only have three ingredients. They truly just get better and better. You can serve them on their own, or alongside a marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.

Low Carb Pepperoni Parmesan Crisps
16 crisps

1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon dried oregano
16 slices pepperoni
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place 1 tablespoon of the grated cheese onto the baking sheet and then continue until all the cheese has been divided into small piles. Sprinkle each pile of cheese with a pinch of dried oregano and place a whole slice of pepperoni on top.
Place the baking sheet into the hot oven and bake for about 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and just starting to brown along the edges.
