Marshmallow Peeps are an Easter classic, but the recipe below helps make them even more festive and fun. Bunny-shaped Peeps are dipped in chocolate and decorated with graham cracker crumbs and an M&M tail. The result is a fun pop with all of the flavor of s'mores. Use these to decorate your Easter table during the meal, and enjoy them for dessert afterward!
You can also take some liberties with this recipe to make your pops even more colorful and festive. Consider using various colors of candy coating, such as pink and blue for pastel bunnies that are adorable for springtime. Or replace the graham cracker crumbs with pastel-colored sprinkles.

8 ounces white chocolate candy coating
8 ounces dark chocolate candy coating
20 Peeps bunnies
20 lollipop sticks
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
20 Easter M&Ms
Melt the white and dark chocolate coatings separately according to package directions. Insert a stick into the length of each marshmallow bunny, ensuring that it doesn't emerge through the head. Place on a baking sheet covered in wax paper. Place the graham cracker crumbs in a shallow bowl.
One at a time, dip each bunny into white or dark chocolate, then dip one side into the graham cracker crumbs.
Place the bunny, crumb-side down, on the prepared baking sheet, and place an M&M on the coating where the tail would be.
Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
