Slow-cooker no-peek chicken is a classic recipe that always turns out great. It requires just a few common ingredients, and it practically cooks itself. The key to having it turn out perfect—creamy, rice, tender chicken, and a lightly browned top—is to resist the urge to lift the lid to check on it while it is cooking.
This is one of those recipes that once you’ve made it once or twice, you won’t even need to look at a recipe. Apart from the chicken, you can keep all of the ingredients in your pantry. That makes this a great recipe to make in a pinch—when you don’t have time to cook or grocery shop. The best part is that everyone loves eating it!
