Ina Garten's Copycat Garden Pasta
Ingredients:
-1 pound spaghetti pasta (or any pasta of your choice)
-1/4 cup olive oil
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
-1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
-1/2 teaspoon dried basil
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
-2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
-1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne and cook according to package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, red pepper flakes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper and cook for 1 minute.

3. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with the tomatoes. Stir to combine.
5. Serve the pasta with the Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. Enjoy!
