To begin, slice and core the apples to make rings, as pictured below.
Now it's time to mix the fry batter together. You'll need flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and a dash of salt. Stir it up!
Coat your apple rings in the batter. Use a fork for this step if you want to avoid getting your hands sticky.
Fry the coated apple rings in vegetable oil for a few minutes until they turn a nice, golden brown.
Let the rings cool and then sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar. Enjoy!
