Pork goes exceptionally well with sweet accents and spicy notes, and this recipe delivers both brilliantly. Incredibly easy to fix, you can put this together in just 10 minutes in the morning, and by the time you get home in the evening, dinner is ready to be served. It's a great choice for a family roast as well; the kids will love the maple syrup!
Served in slices alongside some mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, and that fabulous gravy; this is bound to become a firm favorite. You could also try serving the meat and sauce tossed with some egg noodles and stir fried mange tout/snow peas for a different, yet equally delicious take on this great dish!

Note: All slow cookers are a little bit different in temperature and calibration. This recipe was tested in Cooktop Cove's Test Kitchen using this slow cooker, which is available for purchase here.
