Cake mix, pudding mix ... but it's not an icebox cake? That's right -- this is a cake that bakes in your slow cooker, a dump cake so quick and indulgent with its warm, molten chocolate center that you might not ever bake in your oven again! Plus, most of the ingredients last in the pantry for a long time, making it perfect for a last-minute event, casual celebration or any night when you don’t feel like going out.
For a darker chocolate experience, you could substitute the semisweet chocolate chips for chopped dark chocolate. And, to make the very most of this sweet treat, serve it with some fresh whipped cream, vanilla ice cream or berries.
