Meatball Boats Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 pounds of ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup of bread crumbs
1/4 cup of recently chopped parsley, plus 2 additional tablespoons
6 cloves of minced garlic, divided
Salt and pepper to taste
8 pieces of mozzarella cheese
1 cup of marinara sauce
1/4 cup of melted butter
Grated Parmesan cheese
4 sub rolls
Vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Mix beef, eggs, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup parsley, 3 cloves minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Shape into meatballs.
