This slow cooker 3-ingredient marshmallow creme dip is the kind of gooey sweet bowl my kids start asking my husband for every single March, right around tournament time and St. Patrick’s parties. It’s simple, cozy, and made for crowding around the kitchen island with a plate of dippers. Everything melts together in the slow cooker into a warm, fluffy, dippable masterpiece—no fancy skills, no long ingredient list, just three pantry staples and a little patience while it gets perfectly glossy and sticky.
Serve this warm marshmallow creme dip right in the white slow cooker on the “warm” setting, surrounded by golden graham crackers, vanilla wafers, sliced apples, strawberries, or pretzel sticks for a sweet-and-salty bite. It’s especially fun for family movie nights, birthday sleepovers, or March game-day spreads—set out small bowls so everyone can scoop their own portion. A pot of coffee for the grown-ups and cold milk for the kids round it all out nicely.
Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Marshmallow Creme Dip
Servings: 8-10

Ingredients
2 (8-ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened
2 (7-ounce) jars marshmallow creme (marshmallow fluff)
1 cup white chocolate chips
Directions
Lightly grease the inside of a small slow cooker (2–4 quarts) with nonstick spray or a thin swipe of butter to help with easy cleanup.
Cut the softened cream cheese into large cubes and place them in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Spoon the marshmallow creme over the cream cheese cubes, spreading it out as evenly as you can.
Sprinkle the white chocolate chips over the top of the marshmallow layer.
Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on LOW for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until everything is melted and very soft. Avoid lifting the lid too often so the heat stays in.
Once melted, stir slowly but thoroughly with a heat-safe spatula or wooden spoon until the mixture is completely smooth, glossy, and fluffy, with no streaks of cream cheese or white chocolate.
Switch the slow cooker to the WARM setting and let the dip sit for 10–15 minutes; it will thicken slightly into a perfectly dippable, gooey texture.
Serve the dip warm right in the slow cooker, with golden graham crackers and your favorite dippers arranged around it. Stir occasionally to keep the texture even, and keep the lid partially on between snacking to prevent a skin from forming.
Variations & Tips
For picky eaters who like things extra simple, you can leave out the white chocolate chips and use 3 (7-ounce) jars of marshmallow creme with the cream cheese for a very mild, super-fluffy dip—just know that changes the ingredient count. To add a little flavor without changing the texture much, stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or a pinch of salt after everything is melted. If your family loves chocolate, sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the top right before serving, or serve with chocolate graham crackers instead of plain. For a fun March twist, top the warm dip with green sprinkles or crushed chocolate-mint candies for a “lucky” dessert bowl. If you need to make it ahead, melt and stir as directed, then cool, cover, and refrigerate up to a day; rewarm on LOW, stirring every 15 minutes until smooth again. For younger kids, pre-portion some of the hot dip into small bowls so they aren’t reaching over the slow cooker, and offer softer dippers like sliced bananas or soft cookies to keep things easy on little teeth.
