2 medium sized carrots peeled and spiralized
1 yellow onion peeled and spiralized
1 cup of bean sprouts
2-4 tablespoons low sodium teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

When oil is hot add in onions and carrots and cook for 2-3 minutes.
